This seminar is a top-to-toe of inquests, suitable for those for whom inquests is an ancillary area of practice, or one which they are looking to develop, and those who are highly experienced.

  • Written advocacy - drafting submissions on Article 2
  • Oral advocacy – tackling the post mortem
  • Tainton and non-causative failings which should be explored/recorded at the inquest
  • Conclusions - negligence versus neglect
  • Case law update
