Practice:
Robert Duval has a specialist criminal law practice. He is frequently instructed in the most serious of cases, for the prosecution and defence, and is a CPS panel advocate level 4 prosecutor. He has particular expertise in representing clients charged with allegations of murder, arson and rape whose situations have been exacerbated by mental-health problems.

Robert also has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving sexual offences, fraud and large-scale supply of drugs.
