Practice:
Louise Price has a wide range of experience in all areas of common law including a period practising as Magistrates’ Court Clerk dealing with various cases including care proceedings.

She joined 1 Kings Bench Walk, Temple in 1973, ceasing practice in 1986 to bring up four children, until returning to the bar in 1994.

Formerly at Guildhall Chambers, Bristol, she joined Albion Chambers in 2002, joining a larger specialist team. She now practises exclusively in family law; in public and private children cases, and selected matrimonial finance matters. She is frequently instructed by local authorities, guardians and parents in cases involving serious neglect, and physical and emotional harm, a number of which have involved leading Counsel.

Louise Price has extensive experience of representing clients with learning disabilities, often through the Official Solicitor, and clients who are in need of particularly sensitive care in representation.
