Jonathan Stanniland is a specialist criminal practitioner. He undertakes a full range of prosecution and defence work and is CPS grade 3 Prosecutor. He is recognised for his robust advocacy and is often briefed in matters involving challenging clients. He is frequently instructed in cases of serious violence and particularly involving sporting violence. Jonathan also has extensive experience in dealing with cases of rape and sexual assault.
