Practice:
Jane specializes predominantly in child care work, and is frequently retained in cases involving complex and serious allegations of physical and sexual abuse, induced and fabricated illness, and neglect, for local authorities, parents, older children and Children’s Guardians, a significant proportion of which has been heard in the High Court over the last year.
She undertakes fact finding hearings in private law children matters where serious allegations have been made.
Jane was formerly a solicitor, and spent 14 years specializing in crime during which time she gained experience across the spectrum of criminal law, both in the CPS, where she held a managerial position with a personal caseload of serious crime and as a sole practitioner solicitor undertaking defence work.
