Kate Brunner QC represents senior NHS manager cleared of fraud

The prosecution discontinued the prosecution of a senior NHS manager charged with fraud on Day 3 of a trial, Kate Brunner QC was representing the defendant who was acquitted of all charges after witnesses agreed that his actions were above board had not influenced their decision-making.
